Mallory Webber
My name is Mallory Webber. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I'm a Postdoctoral Associate in the department of Linguistics and Philosophy at MIT. I work mainly on issues in metaphysics and philosophy of language, particular on those concerned with modality, reduction, strict ontologies, and theory-choice. I also spend a lot of time thinking about how best to reach undergraduates who might not otherwise know about or pursue philosophy. I've co-directed PIKSI-Boston, taught for MIT's Experiential Ethics, and developed curricula and taught for MIT's New Engineering Education Transformation (NEET).
When I'm not doing philosophy, I'm with my dogs and my horses.
